My path into this work began with my own postpartum experience—one that was beautiful, challenging, and deeply eye-opening. Navigating NICU stays, feeding struggles, and the emotional waves of early motherhood led me to explore how postpartum care is held across cultures and history. I discovered how powerful this time can be when it’s rooted in connection, presence, and reverence—and I knew I wanted to help bring that level of care and support to others.
I’ve been supporting families postpartum since 2019, offering a gentle grounded presence during a time that can feel both expansive and vulnerable. With a background in wellness and years of experience working with children and families, stepping into this role was a natural extension of who I am. I bring patience, compassion, and a deep trust in the wisdom each family already carries —often reflecting that inner knowing back to parents as they find their own rhythm and way.
I’m passionate about being part of a larger shift in how we care for families—one where postpartum is associated with love, nourishment, and support, rather than depletion or isolation. Some of the customized care I offer to clients includes day and night doula support, placenta encapsulation, and holistic postpartum practices such as belly binding, womb massage, and yoni steaming. I also create intimate group spaces that guide families from pregnancy into postpartum, weaving together education, connection, and community.
My work continues to evolve through ongoing study of both the physiological and psychological aspects of postpartum healing, allowing me to support families in a way that feels both grounded and expansive. Every home, every story, every approach to parenting offers something unique — and it’s an honor to be invited into such a sacred chapter of life.

Natasha’s path to becoming a doula was shaped by her own experience of early parenthood during the pandemic, when she deeply felt the importance of support. She now offers families a steady, reassuring presence guiding them through the unknown as they discover their own parenting style. She loves witnessing parents grow in confidence, learning to trust their intuition while also feeling supported by evidence-based guidance. Natasha brings a thoughtful balance of both, helping families feel informed, empowered, and at ease.
Her approach is rooted in the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all in parenthood. She listens first, honors each family’s traditions and values, and offers personalized support that meets them where they are. She also supports families in building healthy, responsive sleep foundations for their little ones. Respect, intuition, and open communication are at the heart of her work. Natasha creates a space where parents feel safe to explore what works best for them without judgment and with deep care.
Originally from Russia and now raising her son in San Francisco within a multicultural family, Natasha brings a rich appreciation for community and connection. Outside of her work, she enjoys exploring the city, biking, dancing at outdoor events, and spending time with her family.

Leslie has been supporting children and families for over a decade, bringing a sense of calm, care, and quiet magic to each family she works with. She has a natural gift for nurturing and supports little ones and families with an attuned, soothing energy that brings a sense of everything feeling a little more spacious and a little more held. She loves helping families find their rhythm, create nourishing routines, and move through postpartum with more ease and confidence. Her approach is collaborative and deeply respectful, honoring that every family’s way is its own.
One of Leslie’s unique strengths is meeting each family with fresh eyes and creating a supportive space where parents feel empowered to trust themselves and follow what feels right for them.
Known as a bit of a “baby whisperer,” Leslie has an intuitive gift for soothing newborns—effortlessly swaddling, rocking, and settling babies with a calm, steady touch that brings a sense of exhale into the home. Her work is rooted in compassion, flexibility, and grounded communication.
Outside of her work, she enjoys event planning, gathering people in meaningful ways, and spending time outdoors—especially near the ocean or a river—often with her joyful sidekick, Monte, her Havanese pup.
Leslie feels deeply honored to support families during this sacred chapter offering an experience of care that feels both supportive and elevated — where families can soften, be met, and receive.
